YOUR EXISTING SHARK STOCK

A clearance plan for the old range

Most of the SHARK pieces currently in your inventory belong to older collections or discontinued colors. We propose treating this stock as a clearance project: recover what we can through sales, refresh the presentation where practical, and make room for the current range. We do not recommend replenishing these old prints.

Agree the markdown groups first

Review every remaining style, color and size together, taking account of your current selling prices, existing markdowns and original purchase costs. Assign each item to one of three groups before launch:

LOWER DISCOUNT

Give the strongest remaining pieces a first chance

Start with smaller markdowns for pieces with a usable size selection, a complete outfit or a convincing match to the new range. Refresh the images and presentation before considering a deeper reduction.

MEDIUM DISCOUNT

Make older pieces a worthwhile extra purchase

Use a clearly attractive clearance price for older styles and prints with some remaining choice. Link them to suitable new tops or bottoms and make the extra purchase easy to find in the customer’s size.

DEEPEST DISCOUNT

Prioritize clearing fragmented stock

Put the most dated pieces, broken size runs and persistent final-sale stock into the strongest markdown group. Agree the actual prices together; no blanket percentage is assumed for the whole inventory, and existing discounts should not stack unintentionally.

FINAL REVIEW

Remove pieces that still do not move

After the agreed clearance period and a review of results, identify items that remain unsold despite a fair attempt at promotion and markdowns. Agree which listings to remove and record any remaining units as unsellable stock for disposal or another agreed disposition. Removing a listing alone does not clear the physical stock or its records; any write-off is PoleActive’s decision.

Refresh images where it is worth the effort

We will first check the original photography we still have and replace outdated images where suitable alternatives exist. For selected pieces, we can also explore AI-assisted image cleanup or presentation updates, provided the actual garment, print, color, fit and coverage remain accurately represented. If reliable images cannot be produced, we will not use misleading substitutes.

This work needs time and resources. Before starting, agree the priority listings, available materials, responsibilities and scope. The opening proposal does not include an unlimited refresh of the entire legacy catalogue; any extended image or CSV work will be scoped separately.

Connect Archive pieces to the new range

For each remaining stock line, assess whether there is a suitable match to a current piece. For example, we can test Tanna Top Black + Boston Shorts Blue Fern as an outfit, using accurate images of both items. If the combination works, link the discounted Boston shorts from the Tanna product page and show the available sizes and clearance price clearly. This is a proposed styling test, not a claim that the pair already has matching campaign photography.

Keep the current item at its chosen retail price and make the older item the discounted addition. Agree whether the Archive price is available on its own or only with the current item before setting up the promotion. Where no credible pairing exists, sell the old piece through Archive on its own rather than forcing a combination.

Build the next range from current performers

The 12 opening selections are intended to refresh the catalogue around current styles we have confidence in. The core is supported by substantial, repeated wholesale purchasing; Venom has a newer sales history, and Charlotte completes the photographed Aura look. We expect S and M to be important sizes, but sales speed and full sell-through cannot be guaranteed. Replenish according to PoleActive’s actual results, rather than rebuilding the old assortment.

Before we begin: confirm whether you are comfortable with this clearance approach, the three markdown groups and the possibility of retiring stock that does not sell. We can then agree the item-by-item pairings, final prices, image priorities and review period together.

PREPARE FIRST, THEN PRODUCE

Preparing your store

Before committing to production, let’s prepare the SHARK brand page and listings together. This gives the relaunch a clear presentation from day one.

01 · SHOP PREPARATION

PoleActive updates the storefront

Use a consistent portrait image format so the garments are fully visible, refresh the SHARK brand banner, link matching tops and shorts, and check sizes and available quantities. Put discontinued styles in a separate Archive collection; keep Lolita Black in the current range.

02 · SHARK SUPPORT

Photos and practical guidance

We will provide available original product photos, including recent content previously shared on Instagram where available, a proposed brand-page layout and written recommendations for the launch. Support includes an initial review and one follow-up check after the changes. Any additional legacy-catalogue image work or item-by-item Archive pairing work will be scoped together before starting.

If you send a product CSV export, we can review its structure and confirm whether we can prepare the agreed opening selection for import, including descriptions, matching-product links, image references and basic SEO titles and descriptions. We will confirm the scope before starting; this does not include a full-store redesign or ongoing store management.

03 · LAUNCH

New looks alongside Archive

Once the store is ready, confirm the assortment, payment terms and shipping quote, then pay the production deposit. Prepare the listings before arrival. Launch the four complete looks through your email and social channels, alongside an Archive sale at prices you choose. Suggest suitable Archive pieces by size without discounting the new range automatically.

04 · REVIEW

Report, learn and replenish

Share sales, returns and stock by SKU every two weeks. Review the relaunch together after 30 days and agree targeted replenishment or changes to presentation. New orders use our standard wholesale terms; the special payment arrangement applies only to this opening shipment.

OPENING-SHIPMENT TERMS

Payment schedule

$972 before production

Pay 50% of the $1,944 opening order after we agree the selection and confirm the storefront is ready.

The remaining $972 as items sell

On the 1st of each month, send the previous month’s sales and returns report and pay the fixed outstanding amount for each opening-shipment garment sold. Agree the first reporting and payment date together before production.

Fixed balance per sold garment

Each amount below is the second half of our wholesale unit price. It stays fixed regardless of the retail price or discount you choose in your store.

Capri Top / Black$10.50
Capri Shorts / Black$9.50
Bali Shorts / Black$9.50
Tanna Top / Black$11.75
Aura Top / Black$11.75
Benita Bodysuit / Black$18.50
Felichita Bodysuit / Sapphira$19.25
Charlotte Shorts / Black$10.75
Lolita Bodysuit / Black$18.50
Benita Bodysuit / Venom$19.75
Teodora Top / Venom$12.75
Teodora Shorts / Venom$9.50

For example, Bali is $19 wholesale: $9.50 is covered by the deposit, and another $9.50 becomes payable when that garment sells. A higher retail price does not increase the payment to SHARK.

Replenishment and the opening balance

Replenishment orders are placed on standard wholesale terms. The unpaid opening balance remains separate and continues to be settled until fully paid, including after replenishment begins. When an identical SKU is restocked, sales are allocated to the oldest opening-shipment units first for balance tracking.

There is no fixed final repayment date in this proposed opening arrangement. We propose a joint review 90 days after delivery to agree how to handle any slow-moving opening stock and its remaining balance. Any stock exchange, return or SHARK-funded replacement requires a separate agreement.

Order conditions

  • This special arrangement covers only the agreed opening shipment. Future orders do not automatically receive the same deferred-payment terms.
  • Report sales and returns separately so both parties can reconcile the opening balance. Agree any payment adjustments for customer returns together.
  • PoleActive sets its retail and Archive sale prices. SHARK can suggest price ranges; the fixed wholesale balance is unchanged.
  • Shipping and applicable import charges are separate and paid by PoleActive. All shipping and customs documents must accurately reflect the shipment.
  • Sales and profit are not guaranteed. Any return, buyback or replacement support is agreed separately.

TIMING & DELIVERY

Production and shipping

Subject to mutual agreement, storefront preparation and receipt of the deposit, production can start after 23 November 2026. Allow approximately two weeks for production. We plan to combine this batch with another production order to meet the factory’s minimum batch requirements; the exact start and completion dates will be confirmed before production.

We can explore a more economical delivery route to the US and obtain a carrier quote before dispatch. Shipping, import charges and any potential savings depend on the confirmed route and customs assessment; no specific reduction is promised. Transit time will be confirmed with the carrier separately from production.

NEXT STEP

Let’s prepare the store first.

If the $972 deposit and monthly payment arrangement feel workable, let me know which storefront changes you can make and whether you can share a product CSV export. Please also confirm whether the proposed Archive clearance plan works for you. We can confirm the preparation plan and scope first, then finalize the assortment, first payment date and shipping quote before production.
